'Anpodu Kanmani' teaser: Arjun Ashokan starrer is a family entertainer laced with satire

The teaser of Arjun Ashokan starrer ‘Anpodu Kanmani’ is finally out. The quirky teaser gives a sneak peek into the life of a newly married couple, troubled by societal structures and certain traditions. The film seems to be a humorous take on the challenges of the conventional norms in the society.

‘Anpodu Kanmani’ features Arjun Ashokan and Anagha Narayanan in the lead roles. Actors Althaf Salim, Maala Parvathy, Unni Raja, Navas Vallikkunu, Mridul Nair, Bhagath Manuel, and Johnny Antony will be seen in some supporting roles in the film.

On the technical side, the cinematography for the film is done by Sarin Raveendran, while editing is handled by Sunil S Pillai. The film’s music is composed by Samuel Aby and the lyrics for the songs are penned by Manu Manjith. Pradeep Prabhakar and Prijin Jessy are the chief associates of this film. The make-up is done by by Narasimha Swami and the costume are designed by Liji Preman. Chintu Karthikeyan is the creative producer and Babu Pillai handles the art direction. Liju Prabhakar is the colourist. Kishan Mohan is the sound designer for the film, and the final mix is done by Harinarayanan.


Meanwhile, the makers of the film had earlier dropped a concept feature, which grabbed the attention of the movie buffs. Apart from that, the makers made headlines, after they transformed their film set into a home for a deserving family, post their shoot.

Arjun Ashokan and Anagha Narayanan starrer ‘Anpodu Kanmani’ will be hitting the theatres in November 2024.
