Anupama Parameswaran’s portrayal of Mary in her debut film Premam not only floored the Malayali audience but also the film lovers of entire South India. The bubbly actress aka ‘Premam girl’ who flaunted her luxurious curls gained many followers through the song ‘Aluva Puzhayude Theerathu’ in the film. She played a school student who was the first crush of the film’s protagonist George, played by actor Nivin Pauly.After the blockbuster in 2015, the actress acted in Jomonte Suvisheshangal in 2017 alongside actor Dulquer Salmaan. It did not take long for the young actress to enter Telugu and Tamil films. Though the beautiful lass has been missing from her home turf, Malayalam films, she has turned out to be a busy bee in Tollywood with numerous films in her kitty. She made her entry there by reprising her character in the Telugu version of Premam with Naga Chaitanya as hero. She was also the heroine of actor Dhanush in the Tamil film ‘Kodi’.
The 22-year-old actress made it big in Tollywood through the film ‘Shatamanam Bhavati’ starring Sharwanand. She is now the leading lady in Krishnarjuna Yudham and plays opposite Nani. Do not be surprised to see her new avtar with straightened silky hair that tries to prove that her looks are not just about locks.
