‘Anwar’ re-release social media review: Fans of Prithviraj Sukumaran turn ecstatic

The Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer ‘Anwar’ has been re-released in cinemas today, October 25. The film, which was originally released in 2010, received an overwhelming response back then, and it seems to be receiving the same warm reception now. ‘Anwar’ directed by Amal Neerad features Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead role and actors Prakash Raj, Mamtha Mohandas, and Lal in pivotal roles. Actors Assim Jamal, Sampath Raj, Jinu Joseph, Sudheer Karamana, Sai Kumar, Geetha, Nithya Menen, Salim Kumar, Sreejith Ravi, Sasi Kalinga, Rajeev Pillai, Vinay Fort, Mahanadi, and Shane Nigam are also part of the cast.

As the film has been re-released, some of the movie buffs, who managed to grab the tickets on the first day, have shared their response on social media. Let’s take a look.

Another netizen on X lauded Prithviraj Sukumaran’s action sequences in the film. “Watching #Anwar half way through, and I am loving it. With the weekend approaching, the film is expected to bring in more audiences to the cinemas. The first-day collection of the re-release is also crucial.
