Edakkadu Battalion 06 teaser shows Tovino in action mode

Anyone who loved

Tovino

in the action-heavy Kalki, seems to be in for another treat. The

teaser

of

Edakkadu Battalion 06

was launched and it looks like the gentle moments in the beginning don’t last. Tovino soon gets into thrills mode with overturned buses and blazing guns. The teaser starts with Captain Shafeeq’s mother, played by Rekha, goading him about his marriage, and then Samyuktha Menon makes her entry as Naina Fathima.

Directed by debutant Swapnesh K Nair, the film is scripted by P Balachandran, who also plays Tovino’s father. Music is composed by Kailas Menon. The film is set for an October 18 release.
