'Four Story’ launched with pooja: Shan Kechery’s new suspense film goes on floors

The pooja and switch-on ceremony of the film “Four Story” was held at the Ernakulam YMCA Hall. The film is written and directed by Shan Kechery. Many people from the film team were present at the event.

The event began in a traditional way. The Bhadradeepam was lit to start the function. Well-known directors M. Padmakumar, Salam Bapu, and Vinod Guruvayur lit the lamp together.



Writer Darsaraj R took to Instagram to share snaps from Pooja function and wrote, "The pooja pictures of the first film for which I am writing the screenplay… A big thank you to everyone who has loved, criticized, and supported my words in the social media world all these years. From the bottom of my heart , my thanks to Mr. Shan Kechery, the captain of this film, who believed in my writing and brought me along on this journey. I also respectfully remember Mr. Bash Mohammed (director of Lukka Chuppi), who taught me the first lessons of screenplay writing. The rest will be seen on screen."

Cast with experience and fresh faces

“Four Story” has a mix of known faces and new talents. The film stars Rajath Menon, Dr. Rajith Kumar, P.P. Kunji Krishnan, and Abin Ram in important roles. Along with them, the movie introduces several newcomer heroines. They are Selby Skaria, Ardra Gopakumar, Divya Thomas, Meethu, and Komalam.

The story gives strong importance to women characters. The film is built around the lives of six young women. Each character has her own space in the story. The makers want the audience to connect with their emotions and situations in a simple way.
