The box office is abuzz with the magnificent success of Suresh Gopi and Biju Menon's gripping crime thriller, 'Garudan,' which has soared to new heights with stellar reviews.
Within just three days of its release in Kerala, the film has minted an impressive Rs 5.3 crore, signalling a triumphant start at the box office.
According to the sources, 'Garudan' has not only wowed audiences in Kerala but has also made a substantial impact globally, raking in an astounding Rs 11 crore worldwide in just three days. The movie's remarkable performance continued into its first Monday, sustaining a level of success equal to or exceeding its opening day.
Breaking down the Kerala box office collections, the film achieved an impressive Rs 1.15 crore on its first day, followed by Rs 1.65 crore on the second day. The third day witnessed an even more substantial haul, amassing Rs 2.50 crore, resulting in a cumulative total of Rs 5.30 crore over this remarkable three-day run.
Suresh Gopi, who takes on the lead role in 'Garudan,' expressed his gratitude for the film's resounding success on his Twitter handle. Sharing a poster for 'Garudan,' he penned a heartfelt message that reads, "Heartfelt thanks for the overwhelming reports and responses pouring in from around the world!"
In addition to its incredible performance in Kerala, 'Garudan' also enjoyed a strong opening week at the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) box office, attracting 45,000 admissions and grossing an impressive Rs 3.78 crore.
