, which seems to have been pending since the middle of 2019, is set to release its trailer soon.

Announcing the news, Arun Chandu posted on social media, “An idea you chose to gift the world may not find its footing. It may succumb to the shadows and stay hidden. The world will pester you for your thoughts and you will be drawing blanks. But one day , when you least expect it the light will lure it out and then the world will see your idea of it. Your perception of it. An idea is bulletproof.”

We had reported earlier that Sayanna Varthakal had been stalled over a difference of opinion between actor Gokul Suresh and D14, the production company. The film, which also features Dhyan Sreenivasan, is co-written by Arun Chandu, with Rahul Menon and Sachin R Chandran, who is also co-writer of Saajan Bakery. Sayanna Varthakal is a political satire, with Gokul Suresh, apparently playing the head of a skill development centre.

Speaking about Sayanna Varthakal, Saajan Bakery actor Aju Varghese posted a message on social media asking, “Are you perhaps the first debut director in the world with two movies set for release?” Arun Chandu replied in a comment, “That is how things seemed to have turned out under certain circumstances.”

The Saajan Bakery songs too, were released recently on social media.
