, and Buddhists. The festival falls on the full moon day in the month of Ashadha and this year, it will be celebrated on July 24.

“The person in this image is my Guruji, Pt. Sunil Borgaonkar. A genius musician, a crazy painter, an ardent Mozart and Lataji fan, a history buff. I remember two years ago, there was a time when I didn't want to sing. I had stopped finding joy in it due to self doubt. And I prayed. To meet someone who could help me with my mental blocks. They say when the student is ready, the master appears. And that's exactly what happened. I got a teacher who compels me to think in ways I haven't thought before, who keeps reminding me to not complicate things in music, and who shows me infinite possibilities in music and art, and in turn in life (sic),”

She further added, “It's a blessing to have a mentor and slowly evolve into something better and enjoy each day in that process, in an age where things change in the blink of an eye.
