Is Anushka Shetty playing a major role in Jayasurya’s ‘Kathanar - The Wild Sorcerer’?

After the success of the feel-good drama movie ‘Home’, the promising director Rojin Thomas is all set to helm the big-budget film ‘Kathanar - The Wild Sorcerer’ and according to the latest updates, the movie started rolling on April 5.

‘Kathanar - The Wild Sorcerer’ will be technically sound and one of the most expensive films in Mollywood. Reportedly, the makers have approached the popular actress Anushka Shetty for playing a major role in the movie. An official confirmation on the same is yet to be announced by the makers.

According to the sources, Jayasurya’s ‘Kathanar - The Wild Sorcerer’ is mounted on a budget of Rs 90 crores and the expectation levels are really high for the project. The film will be having 200 days shoot and will be released in seven languages. The film also uses virtual production technology which is mostly used in foreign films.

Touted to provide a pan-global cinematic experience, ‘Kathanar’ is literally the most anticipated upcoming project of the talented actor Jayasurya. The movie is said to be a fantasy thriller and will also have horror elements. Overall the audiences can expect a truly magnificent cinematic experience with ‘Kathanar - The Wild Sorcerer’.
