It’s a wrap for ‘Padmini’ starring Kunchacko Boban and Aparna Balamurali

It’s a wrap for Senna Hegde’s ‘Padmini’ starring Kunchacko Boban and Aparna Balamurali in the lead roles. The makers wrapped up the shoot on Thursday (Feb 16) in Palakkad. Aparna Balamurali has confirmed the same via her social media handle.

“And thats a wrap! Absolutely loved working with the best ones.Thank you Chackocha for this beautiful picture! �� PADMINI ��,” Aparna Balamurali said in her Instagram post, and dropped a few pictures from the sets.

Helmed by Senna Hegde, ‘Padmini’ is scripted by Deepu Pradeep, who previously did ‘Kunhiramayanam’. Kunchacko Boban plays the titular, and speaking to Kochi Times earlier, Senna Hegde said, “The film will be a comedy-drama. Like Kunhiramayanam, this film will also offer a lot of light-hearted, fun moments, though it is not of the same genre. It will be one of those movies that families too can enjoy.”

The director also shared that Aparna Balamurali’s character in the film is quite fun.

In his previous social media post, Kunchacko Boban too confirmed that ‘Padmini’ is an absolute entertainer, that will soothe one’s harsh life.

“PADMINI will surely be a movie to ease up your hard life. And with some extraordinary talents around you to make a wonderful movie, am super excited to have a go ASAP,” Kunchacko Boban said.

Since the makers have wrapped up the shoot, the film will be going into post-production soon and the audience can expect the movie in the cinemas in a couple of months.
