We had earlier reported that actress
Amala Paul will be playing a journalist in debutant director Sajith Jagadnandan's 'Ore Mugham'. However, she has been now replaced by anchor-turned-actress
Jewel Mary in the movie after the former opted out due to date issues.
Sajith confirms the news saying, 'Amala was slotted to play a significant role in the movie but she had to opt out as the shooting of her movie, Shajahanum Pareekuttiyum got extended due to unexpected rains.'
An excited Jewel Mary says, 'I play a character called Amala in the film, which is a suspense thriller.

The 'Pathemari' actress will be seen in a modern avatar in the movie. 'Amala will be completely different from the characters I have portrayed so far. She is modern, smart and bold,' adds Jewel who is currently busy shooting for the movie at Thodupuzha.
