Joju to play a retired police officer in M Padmakumar's next

Actor Joju George who has been essaying character roles and sidekicks in film is all set to try his luck as a hero. The actor has signed up two films as leads - Sanal Kumar Sasidharan's Chola and M Padmakumar's Joseph. Joju's role in Sanal Kumar movie isn't revealed yet though the director said that the film is based on the lives of three people.
In M Padmakumar's Chola, Joju plays a retired police officer.Actors Athmeeya and Malavika Menon play the female leads. The first schedule of the film has begun in Thodupuzha and the switch on ritual was performed by Muttom Police Sub-Inspector Shahjahan. The shoot will continue at Thodupuzha till June 25. The film is written by Shafi Kabeer and music is by Ranjin Raj.
