’, an ambitious period drama. Reportedly, Prithviraj will be seen playing the role of a warrior named Kunchirakkotu Kaali. While the shooting is expected to take off next year, the makers have unveiled the first look of the film.
Releasing the motion poster on Facebook Prithviraj wrote, “History forgot him..the ballads sing of him. He took on the mightiest with the power of one. the power of self. For honour, teacher and country.. #KAALIYAN!.” Going by the video, the film is projected as an unusual story from the ballads of the South.

On the work front, Prithviraj is teaming up with Anjali Menon for a Malayalam film that also stars Nazriya Nazim and Parvathy in the lead. He also awaits the romantic drama ‘Jay’, which is directed by Roshni Dinaker.
