Mollywood actress Kaniha completed 20 years in the film industry and the actress shared a happy click for her Instafam recently with a caption saying that she’s living her life on her own terms.

The actress, who chose to put out a self appreciation post, on the occasion of completing 20 years in the film industry, said: "Living life on my terms..."

Kaniha took to her official Instagram handle and shared a happy selfie with a note that read, "Twenty years in this beautiful industry, still holding ground. Saying no to many projects, saying yes to few projects, for reasons that matter to me. With my morals held high because 'YES', they matter to me."

The actress's post further read, "Holding my head high, with my chin up. This is a self-appreciation post. Thanks to all those who have been part of my journey and respect my choices. Proud to be me. Happy about my journey. A lot more to come."

Kaniha, who is known for her philosophy of taking responsibility for one's own happiness, is best known for her performance in films like the Mammootty-starrer ‘Pazhassi Raja', 'Ottesi Cheputunna' and 'Five Star'.

Meanwhile Kaniha’s previous outing was with the Mammootty starrer ‘CBI 5: The Brain’ which was directed by the veteran filmmaker K Madhu and also had the actors Dileesh Pothan, Soubin Shahir, Mukesh, Ramesh Pisharody, and Asha Sharath in significant roles. Kaniha also played a pivotal role in the recently released comedy entertainer ‘Bro Daddy’ which was directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran.
