According to the sources, the box office collections for 'Kannur Squad' are as follows: Kerala: Rs 40 crore; ROI (Rest of India): Rs 5.8 crore; overseas: Rs 34.2 crore, resulting in a remarkable global gross of ₹80 crore. This significant achievement places 'Kannur Squad' into the coveted ranks of the all-time top-grossing Malayalam films, securing its place as the 7th highest-grossing film.
Breaking down the film's performance in Kerala, it reigned supreme with ₹39.2 crores in gross earnings, ₹30.3 crores in net revenue, and ₹16.82 crores in shares, all accumulated over the course of 25 days. The movie's consistent popularity is evident in its weekly collections, with Week 1 grossing ₹21.9 crores, Week 2 amassing ₹11.1 crores, and Week 3 adding another ₹5.04 crores to its Kerala box office run.
The international appeal of 'Kannur Squad' is also remarkable, particularly in the UAE, where it boasts an impressive 179,104 admissions and a gross income of 16.25 crores INR (equivalent to $1.953 million). These figures comfortably position the film as a "blockbuster" in the UAE market.
