It was the actor’s birthday on November 2 and he shared a pictures from the special day. One was of a two-tiered cake with baby blue frosting and a figurine of a man kissing a baby, with a ‘Happy Birthday My Appa’ message. “Waited quite a bit for these wordings,” Kunchacko posted on social media. Another sweet picture, in which the new family has coordinated their outfits, has received 128k likes.
