Madhuraraja review highlights : An action and comedy fiesta for Mammootty fans

The film is directed by Vysakh
"Raja solvathuthaan seiva, seivarath mattum thaan soluva", this is Madhura Raja's favorite adage. And that is exactly what

Madhuraraja

has in store for anyone expecting an over-the-top action movie from Mammootty. Vysakh is a proven king of colourful flamboyance and that shows in each and every frame. Peter Hein's craft shines through like pure gold. Udayakrishna carefully pens in everything a "mass Mammootty fan" may expect from a movie. There is action, there is comedy, and a slight tinge of chauvinism, just so you don't miss it. However, this time his pen has been very careful not to be too offensive to women.

The film, Madhura raja, is a stand-alone story with Madhuraraja, the character from 'Pokkiri raja', a Don with a heart of gold. When the peace of a village is punctured Chinna raja (played by Jai) is sent in to deal with it. But when he gets deeper into the skirmish entangling himself in more than he could bite, only the Raja can help him and Madhuraraja has to come in.

At the close of the first half, Madhuraraja has vowed to get to the bottom of this evil. If you are looking for hearty action, the fight sequence in the first half will adequately pique your tastebuds whetting it for more.
