Makers share photos of Giri and Gauri from Joju George’s ‘Pani’ - See inside

Joju George's debut directorial 'Pani' is gearing up for release. Ahead of the same, the makers have now dropped a few pictures introducing the characters Giri and Gouri, played by Joju George and Abhinaya respectively. Abhinaya, who is a hearing and speech-impaired actress known for his spectacular performances in several Tamil and Telugu films is set to play a strong role in the upcoming film.

The latest pictures explore the romance building between Giri and Gouri. They are seen in black and white traditional attires standing near the Thrissur Vadakkumnathan temple premises. The pictures explore the romantic bond between the characters. Joju George shared the pictures on social media and captioned, “GIRI & GOWRI.”


‘Pani’ which marks Joju George’s maiden directorial venture, also has Seema, Chandhini Sreedharan, Abhaya Hiranmayi, Abhinaya, Babu Namboothiri, Prashanth Alexander, Sujith Shanker, Ranjith Velayudhan, and Bitto Davis in supporting roles.

The film is touted to be a mass revenge thriller. On the technical front, the film's cinematography is handled by Venu ISC, and Jinto George. The music is composed by Vishnu Vijay and Sam CS.
