Honey Rose filed a formal complaint against Easwar at the Central Police Station in Ernakulam, stating that his actions were intended to manipulate public opinion and trivialize her grievance. She shared that her complaint regarding the abuse she faced on a public platform led to a police case and subsequent action against Chemmanur. Honey accused Easwar of planning a cyber campaign to undermine the seriousness of her case and mislead the public about her situation.

She wrote, "Rahul Easwar, you are one of the main reasons behind the mental agony my family and I are enduring. I filed a valid complaint regarding the abuse I faced on a public platform, which led to a police case and subsequent action. While my role was only to lodge the complaint, Rahul Easwar has been actively planning a cyber campaign to undermine the seriousness of my case and mislead the public."

In her post, she shared that Easwar is also behind the ongoing threats she has been receiving, including vulgar and defamatory remarks targeting her career. She claimed that his actions have caused her severe mental distress, leading to thoughts of suicide.

She also added, "These deliberate attacks are an insult to my womanhood and dignity. I am now pursuing legal action against him."

This situation escalated after Honey Rose filed a sexual harassment complaint against Boby Chemmanur, which resulted in his arrest under Section 75 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, and Section 67 of the IT Act. The police are currently investigating the case in Kochi.
