's Lady superstar's first
horror movie
has started rolling in Thiruvananthapuram. With
Manju Warrier and
Sunny Wayne essaying the lead, the movie has kickstarted with an auspicious puja ceremony which was graced by AK Balan, the Minister for Cultural Affairs and Cinema. Moreover, the movie is directed by Ranjith Kamala Sankar and Salil V.
The yet to be titled movie is bankrolled by Jiss Tom and Justin Thomas, under the banner of Jiss Tom movies. Manju Warrier was seen in quite a stylish avatar at the event. Donning a white zigzag print kurta, she flaunted her newly highlighted hair. Although the actress has worked for a variety of genres in cinema, this is the first time, she is will be seen in a horror movie.
On the work front, Manju Warrier was last seen in 'Lucifer' and her upcoming movie 'Prathi Poovankozhi' is all set for its release. Meanwhile, the actress has completed the shoot of Sanal Kumar Sasidharan's 'Kayattam', which also marks her first production venture.
Meanwhile, Sunny Wayne has a handful of projects awaiting. Sunny, who was last seen in 'June' is currently awaiting his two releases, 'My Santa' and 'Anugraheethan Antony'. The actor has also signed for Dulquer Salmaan starrer 'Kurup' and recently the actor announced his maiden production venture, 'Padavettu'.
