Its producer

Jose Chakkalakal

says that the movie is “a result of beautiful friendships”. “I have been interested in films since my childhood, with Mammukka and Lalettan being the prime motivators. After that, I have been amazed by the creativity of Sreenivasan and Renji Panicker. While I was fascinated with Sreenivasan’s work, his son Vineeth was scaling new heights in all areas of cinema. I then made it a priority to befriend him, and fortunately that happened through Anvar when I got to be part of Ormayundo Ee Mukham,” says Jose. “Vineeth is cautious about making new friends, but somehow, he liked me and our friendship grew stronger. So, he is the one who gave me the opportunity to be a producer through Manoharam.”

Chakkalakal Films Private Limited, which is a London-based production house, is also planning two projects after the release of Manoharam.
