Like many others from Mollywood, the actor also does his bit to help the fishermen community from the village of Alappad in Kollam, that is facing the issue of beach sand mining that's been letting the sea encroach into its living spaces. "The community of fishermen were in the forefront to help us during the time of floods. This is our payback time, the authorities shouldn't hesitate to help them. Save Alappad, the whole state is with them," says Sreekumar on his social media page.
