Mathew Thomas praises Vijay’s punctuality, says "He’s always the first to arrive on set"

Mollywood actor Mathew Thomas is a big fan of Thalapathy Vijay and the actor even got a chance to play the Tamil superstar’s son in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s directorial action flick ‘Leo’.

During a recent chat with Smmollywood, Mathew Thomas revealed that he was so inspired by Vijay’s punctuality. The Mollywood actor explained by saying, “What I have observed in him is that he is very punctual. He is the first one to arrive on sets and even after his shoot, he spends some time on the sets, talking to others and reading the script.”


Mathew Thomas also said that during one time in the sets of ‘Leo’ they celebrated a birthday party till 2 am morning where Vijay talked to everyone in the crew and spent time with them. “Vijay sir was present the very next morning at 7 am sharp on the sets of the movie even though we all slept at 2 am the last day. He is that much punctual,” the ‘Thanneer Mathan Dinangal’ actor said.


Mathew Thomas also said that Thalapathy Vijay keeps a work schedule and religiously follows it. Mathew was impressed by the quality of the Tamil actor who enjoys a large fan base.

On the work front, Mathew Thomas’ recent outing is the sports drama movie ‘Cup’ which is directed by Sanju V Samuel. The movie also features the actors Guru Somasundaram, Namitha Pramod, and Basil Joseph in the lead roles. Also Mathew Thomas played an interesting cameo role in the Naslen starrer ‘Premalu’ which turned out to be a superhit.
