‘Makal’ marks Meera Jasmine re-entry in M-Town after a break of almost half a decade. The actress is joining hands with filmmaker Sathyan Anthikad once again and since they have delivered some blockbusters in the past including, ‘Achuvinte Amma’, ‘Rasathanthram’, ‘Vinodayathra’, and ‘Innathe Chintha Vishayam’, the movie buffs are eagerly waiting for the upcoming movie.

Jayaram and Meera Jasmine are playing the lead roles in ‘Makal’, while actors Sreenivasan, Siddique, Innocent, and Devika Sanjay have roped in to play some pivotal roles.

The team has completed the shoot and the post-production works are progressing. Sathyan Anthikad has confirmed that the film will be a theatrical release.
