Mohanlal announces 'L367' with National Award winner Vishnu Mohan; FIRST LOOK poster out: 'Looking forward to this new chapter'

Mohanlal is teaming up with ‘Meppadiyan’ director Vishnu Mohan for his next. On Republic Day, January 26, Mohanlal announced via his social media handle. The film is tentatively titled ‘L37’. Interestingly, the announcement came hours after the release date of Mohanlal and Mammootty starrer ‘Patriot’ was confirmed.

Mohanlal took to his Facebook handle to announce ‘L367’. He also dropped a poster, which features an aerial view of a highway. In one lane, the vehicles are stuck in traffic, while the opposite lane has only one vehicle moving on the free road.

“With immense joy, I announce my next project, #L367. I am truly delighted to collaborate with director Vishnu Mohan on this exciting venture, produced by Shri Gokulam Gopalan under the banner of Sree Gokulam Movies. Looking forward to this new chapter and seeking all your love, blessings, and good wishes as we begin this beautiful journey together,” Mohanlal said, announcing the film.

The makers have not disclosed the cast or crew of the film. However, the poster hints that a thriller is in the making.

What’s next for Mohanlal?

Mohanlal has joined the sets of ‘L366’ helmed by Tharun Moorthy. The superstar is reuniting with the director after their blockbuster ‘Thudarum’. The film went on floors in Thodupuzha on Friday, January 23. Mohanlal appeared without a beard for the shoot, and the actor’s latest pictures took the internet by storm. Meera Jasmine is also part of the cast.




The film is scripted by Ratheesh Ravi. Cinematographer Shaji Kumar, editor Vivek Harshan, and musician Jakes Bejoy are also part of the crew.

On the other hand, Mohanlal is currently awaiting the release of ‘Drishyam 3’, the third instalment from the fan-favorite thriller franchise, ‘Drishyam’.
