Mohanlal to team up with Mani Ratnam for his next film?

There are certain combinations that fans from Malayalam and Tamil yearn to see, and one of them is Mohanlal and Mani Ratnam. It reports are to be believed the duo could team up for a movie, almost two decades after Iruvar.
Mani Ratnam is currently busy with Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, which has Arun Vijay, Arvind Swamy, Aditi Rao Hydari, Aishwarya Rajesh and Simbu in important roles.The film is reportedly set against the backdrop of a nuclear power station.
Mohanlal, meanwhile, will be reuniting with his Iruvar co-star Prakash Raj in the next schedule of Odiyan. The actor has reportedly wrapped up his portions for Neerali and also the cameo portions in Kayamkulam Kochunni.
