Sathyan Anthikad conveyed to Manorama Online, "It was a completely personal visit by Lal.
I was just a witness to the event." He shared insights into the impromptu visit, expressing Mohanlal's desire to pay respects to Mamukkoya, whom he couldn't visit upon the actor's passing due to being abroad at the time.
The bond between Mohanlal and Mamukkoya happened through their association in films like 'Nadodikattu,' where Mamukkoya's iconic dialogue, 'Ghafoor ka Dosth,' etched a lasting memory. This warm relationship prompted Mohanlal's earnest visit, deeply impacting Mamukkoya's family, who welcomed the superstar for the first time into their home.
