' released a new song from the movie. The "Bhai Re" song is nothing but an unsullied raw slice of the movie. Giving a glimpse of the magnificent cinematography and interesting storyline, the song features Bhai (Nivin Pauly), who is the don of Kamatipura. Bhai's roughness, his connections and how he makes the people dance to his tunes is detailed in the song. Sagar Desai has composed the music for which Neeraj Pandey has penned the lyrics. Vishal Dadlani has sung the song.
Nivin Pauly's rugged acting will leave the audience stunned as he has never appeared in such an avatar in any movie to date.

The film also talks about gender and sexuality. Rajeev Ravi has cranked the lens and Geetu has crafted the script for the film. Nivin Pauly essays the lead. Apart from him, ‘Mothoon’ also features Sanjana Dipu, Shashank Arora, Sobhita Dhulipala, Roshan Mathew,
Dileesh Pothan, Harish Khanna, Sujith Shankar and Melissa Raju Thomas handling some pivotal roles.
