Mrunal Thakur watches Fahadh Faasil’s ‘Aavesham’; says, ‘loved every bit of it’

Mrunal Thakur is all praise for the latest Malayalam release, ‘Aavesham’ starring Fahadh Faasil. She was captivated by Fahadh Faasil's performance and the overall narrative prowess of 'Aavesham'. The actress, who has garnered acclaim for her versatile roles in South as well as Hindi cinema, took to social media to shower praise on the film.
On Sunday, May 5, Mrunal Thakur went to the cinemas to catch ‘Aavesham’, and she was blown away. She called the film a 'must-watch’. In a note shared on her Instagram story, she said, “What a film! I loved every bit of it. #Aavesham MUST WATCH, GUYS! #sundayplans.”

Jithu Madhavan’s sophomore directorial ‘Aavesham’ has Fahadh Faasil, Sajin Gopu, Mansoor Ali Khan, Ashish Vidyarthi, Hipzster, Mithun Jai Sankar, Roshan Shanavas, and Midhutty in the lead roles.

ETimes rated the film 3.5 out of 5 and wrote, “Just when you think Fahadh Faasil—or FaFa—has aced some of the best characters he could possibly get in his career, he goes all out as Ranga in writer-director Jithu Madhavan's goofball gangster film Aavesham. Jithu Madhavan has already shown that he knows how to do things differently and with style with his debut horror movie, Romancham. He has delivered another unique comedy with Aavesham.”

Meanwhile, on the work front, Mrunal Thakur was last seen in ‘The Family Star’. She starred alongside Vijay Devarakonda, and the film is currently streaming on OTT.
