Actor Navas Vallikkunnu's performance in 'Thamaasha' was much appreciated, after he played the role of college sub staff Rahim to perfection. In a recent interview, he said that movies came calling while he was making ends meet doing many different jobs, like being a labourer. At the same time, he had also won some attention after participating in various popular comedy TV skit shows. He had also won an award in a show, post which director Zackariya roped him in for 'Sudani from Nigeria.'
