Nithya Menen and Vijay Sethupathi's Malayalam movie titled ‘19 (1) (a)’

South Indian stars Nithya Menen

and Vijay Sethupathi are shaking hands for a Malayalam movie. The movie is titled as ‘19 (1) (a)’ and it will also feature Award-winning actor Indrans and actor Indrajith in the pivotal roles. ‘19 (1) (a)’ will be directed by debutant Indhu VS. The first look poster of the movie is out and as per the sources, the team has started filming today. Speaking to us earlier Indrajith Sukumaran has revealed that the film is a realistic drama and has social significance and he will be playing an important role in the movie.

Written and directed by debutant Indhu VS, the movie is backed by Anto Joseph, under the banner of

Anto Joseph Film Company

. As the movie is titled ‘19 (1) (a)’, it is expected that the movie might be discussing Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution of India, which guarantees the right to freedom of speech and expression to all its citizens.

Govind Vasantha, who has composed songs for the hit '96' has roped in as the music composer. Manesh Madhavan, who has cranked the lens for movies like 'Aedan' and 'Joseph' has roped in as the cinematographer. Vijai Sankar is handling the edits for the movie. Award-winning costume designer Sameera Saneesh has roped in for the project.

‘19 (1) (a)’ also marks the second Malayalam movie of Tamil star Vijay Sethupathi. He had made his debut in Malayalam with Jayaram starrer movie ‘Marconi Mathai’. Meanwhile, Nithya Menen's last Mollywood outing was ‘Praana’.
