Paalum Pazhavum’ box office collection day 2: Meera Jasmine starrer sees a spike

Meera Jasmine and Aswin Jose starrer 'Paalum Pazhavum', which hit the big screens on Friday, August 23, is having a decent run in the theatres. The film saw a good spike in earnings on the second day. According to Sacnilk, on August 24, ‘Paalum Pazhavum’ earned Rs 9 lakh. By the end of the second day, the Meera Jasmine starrer minted Rs 21 lakh at the worldwide box office.

The film is directed by VK Prakash and revolves around the journey of Sunil, a 23-year-old engineering dropout, and Sumi, a 33-year-old woman of ambition and intellect. Starring Meera Jasmine and Aswin Jose, the film also features Shanthi Krishna, Ashokan, Maniyanpillai Raju, Nisha Sarangh, Rachana Narayanankutty, Mithun Ramesh, Sumesh Chandran, Adil Ibrahim, Shinu Shyamalan, Thushara, Vineeth Ramachandran, and Atul Ram Kumar in supporting roles.

On the technical side, the film’s cinematography is done by Rahul Deep, and the editing is done by Praveen Prabhakar. The music is composed by Sachin Balu, Joel Jones, and Justin Uday duo. Gopi Sundar has composed the background music.
