Kunchacko Boban, Aparna Balamurali, and, Madonna Sebastian starrer ‘Padmini’ is heading towards release, and the makers have now launched the trailer. The trailer takes the audience through the life of Rameshan, a school teacher, his efforts to find a bride, and later heading for a divorce. The glimpse suggests that the film is wrapped in comedy, and is a perfect watch for the family audience. Directed by Senna Hegde, ‘Padmini’ is a light hearted film.

Directed by Senna Hegde, ‘Padmini’ has Kunchacko Boban, Aparna Balamurali, and, Madonna Sebastian in the lead roles. The makers had slated the film release on July 7, however, due to the heavy rains, they have postponed the release. The new release date will be announced later.
‘Padmini’ is scripted by Deepu Pradeep. The cinematography is done by Sreeraj Raveendran, and edited by Manu Antony. Sujith Sadasivan is the colorist. The music is composed by Jakes Bejoy, and the lyrics are penned by Manu Manjith. The art department is handled by Arshad Nakkoth. The sound design is handled by Nixon George. The costumes are designed by Gayathri Kishore, and Ranjith Manaliparambil is the makeup man.
Apart from Kunchacko Boban, Aparna Balamurali, and Madonna Sebastian, ‘Padmini’ also has Vincy Aloshious, Malavika Menon, Althaf Salim, Sajin Cherukayil, Ganapathy, Anand Manmadhan, Seema G Nair, Gokulan, and James Elia in some important roles.
