‘Pavi Caretaker’ box office collection day 3: Dileep starrer surpasses its opening day collection on the first Sunday

Dileep’s latest release ‘Pavi Caretaker’ has picked up its pace on the weekend. On its first Sunday, April 28, ‘Pavi Caretaker’ earned Rs 1.30 crore, which surpassed the opening day collection. According to a report by Sacnilk, ‘Pavi Caretake’ earned Rs 1.05 crore in India net collection, on the second day (Saturday) it was Rs 1.15 crore, and on the third day (Sunday), the collection reached Rs 1.30 crore.

Directed by Vineeth Kumar, ‘Pavi Caretaker’ earned Rs 3.56 crore over its first three days from India net collection. The Malayalam occupancy rate on Sunday was 37.28%, which clearly hints at the film’s popularity amongst the family audience.

Starring Dileep, ‘Pavi Caretaker’ also has actors Johny Antony, Radhika Sarathkumar, and Dharmajan in pivotal roles.

ETimes rated ‘Pavi Caretaker’ 3 out of 5 and wrote, “Pavi Caretaker is the typical Dileep vehicle with slapstick humour, emotions, romance and action that is a bit reminiscent of ‘90s movies that make for so-called family entertainment. Only now, Dileep has upgraded himself to include a couple of pro-women dialogues: "Girls need to complete their education and get a job before they get married" sort of thing. Dileep is his usual charming self in the emotional and comedic scenes and this could continue to appeal to family audiences.”

‘Pavi Caretaker’ hit the big screens on April 26, and the film is now running successfully in the cinemas.
