When the first half of the 146 minutes movie comes to an end, it apparently has a lukewarm feel with a few laugh out loud moments. It brings to light Pokkiri Simon, played by Sunny Wayne, and his gang, who are die hard Vijay fans. Their world revolves around all things Vijay, and are happy just lazing around. The witty dialogue delivery adds a bit of zing to the proceedings. However, the few dramatic events, sequences and goons merged in between make the comic sequences seem a tad jarring.

Prayaga plays a dancer, and is decently charming. She also has a few sequences at hand to essay the fan-girl that she is, of actor Vijay. Gregory plays Hanuman Viju, and Sarath Kumar has a quirky name, Love Today, in the movie.
