Pranav plays Appu in Irupathiyonnaam Noottandu

Director Arun Gopy has been insistent on not letting audience expectations get the better of his upcoming movie Irupathiyonnaam Noottandu. And true to his stance, the hero of the film will be flaunting a very simple name.

In an online chat show, the Ramaleela director revealed that Pranav will be playing a character named

Appu

in the movie. Incidentally, Appu is also Pranav’s pet name in real life. Interestingly, the film’s heroine Zaya David will also be playing Zaya in the film.

Irupathiyonnaam Noottandu will hit theatres on January 25, 2019. It also stars Manoj K Jayan and Kalabhavan Shajohn.
