As the film reaches its 35th day in theaters, it has amassed an estimated net collection of Rs 77 lakh, bringing its total Indian net collection to an impressive Rs 54.27 crore, according to Sacnilk.

On Thursday, March 14, 2024, the film recorded an overall Malayalam occupancy of 17.92% and a Telugu occupancy of 22.93%.

The film has collected an overall Rs 103.5 crore from the worldwide box office.

‘Premalu’ also features actors Althaf Salim, Meenakshi Raveendran, and Akhila Bhargavan in supporting roles. Their stellar performances have been pivotal in driving the film's success and earning praise from both critics and audiences alike.
