Finally, as fans and movie buffs wished, superstar Mohanlal is teaming up with the renowned filmmaker Lijo Jose Pellissery for an upcoming project. Recently during the promotional event for Prithviraj Sukumaran’s ‘Kaapa’, the actor opened up about the LJP project, by saying that it will be a massive film that has all the elements one can expect from Lijo Jose Pellissery.
Prithviraj Sukumaran, while talking to the media, revealed that the LJP - Mohanlal project will be a massive one and he is genuinely excited about it. Prithviraj also reportedly said that even though he is a hardcore Mohanlal fan, he is looking at how the director Lijo Jose Pellissery will be executing the movie. The ‘Kaapa’ actor also said that the project would be a challenging one for Lijo Jose Pellissery and will be shot majorly in Rajasthan.
Meanwhile, if the reports are to be believed, the popular actress Radhika Apte will be playing a major role in the Mohanlal - LJP project. Reports also say that the movie will be based on ‘Gusthi’ aka wrestling and the expectation levels are really high among the cinephiles.
On the other hand, Prithviraj Sukumaran’s ‘Kaapa’ is all set to hit the big screens on December 22. The film is helmed by the director Shaji Kailas and the script is penned by the writer GR Indugopan. Apart from Prithviraj Sukumaran, ‘Kaapa’ boasts a strong supporting cast that includes Asif Ali, Aparna Balamurali, Anna Ben, Jagadeesh, and Dileesh Pothan who will be playing significant roles.
