Renji Panicker’s next is ‘Michael’s Coffee House’
The poster of the upcoming film ‘Michael’s Coffee House’ was recently released on social media and it features
The film, directed by Anil Philip, was wrapped up a while ago and the director says it is a romantic thriller. The project also has actors Dheeraj Denny (Karnan Napoleon Bhagath Singh fame), Margaret, Kottayam Pradeep, Dr Ronnie David, Rajendran and Sphadikam George in major roles. Its music is by Ronni Raphael, script is by Jisso Jose and it has Nikhil Venu on editing. Sarath Shaji is the DOP and Akshaya Premnath is the costume designer of the film.
Anil says, “We had Angamaly, Athirappally, Kochi, Alappuzha and Thiruvananthapuram as the major locations of shoot. As for Renji Panicker’s character, he is a lawyer in the film and his is quite a crucial character. There are a handful of court sequences that help us explore it further and Paul Antony would be seen appearing throughout the story.” Anil Philip, who has directed the movie ‘Madhuram Ee Jeevitham’ in the year 2018, has also won numerous awards through the film which was popular in festival circuits. ‘Michael’s Coffee House’ is his second directorial.
We saw Renji Panicker last on screen in the film ‘Thakkol,’ in which he played a character named Clement. The actor also has the films ‘Kolaambi, by T K Rajeev Kumar’ ‘Kalamandalam Hyderali by Dr Aju K Narayanan,’ ‘Muddy’ and his son Nithin Renji Panicker’s film ‘Kaaval’ coming up.
