trailer is launched by Mammootty and it throws us in the thick of political action. Featuring Anusree, Siju Wilson, Aparna Gopinath and Prasanth Alex, Safe, with the tagline ‘Change Begins Here’ looks like a

political thriller

, with Anusree’s character, which seems a bold portrayal, making some big political moves.

The action-packed trailer starts with a candlelight vigil and her character being told, “You are trying to run a parallel government. It is a criminal offence.” Aparna Gopinath plays an IPS officer, who is set to investigate a “high-profile case”.

The film with story and script by Shaji Palarimangalam is directed by Pradeep Kalipurayath.
