Second schedule of ‘Nivasi’ to commence on April 17

's directorial ‘Nivasi’ was recently wrapped up and the second schedule will reportedly commence on April 17. The film marks the second film of Sekhar Varma as the male lead and

Malayalam

actresses

Viviya

and Vidya as the female leads. It has been taken over by producers KN Rao and TVVSN Varma. The film is being bankrolled by Dattatreya Creations and Gayatri Productions.

As per the producer, ‘Nivasi’ is a great love story set against the backdrop of a journey that affected the lives of the lead pair. Though it has thriller elements, the family audience can enjoy the film too, the producer stated allegedly. The film is reportedly scheduled for a summer release.

The director allegedly said that he is thankful for this opportunity and he hopes to prove it to everyone that he can make a good film. Sekhar Varma made his debut with ‘Sree Ramudinta Sree Krishnudanta’ in 2017. He also played a key role in Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer ‘Jai Simha’.
