Popular filmmaker Shaji Kailas will be backing his son Jagan’s next film titled ‘Once Upon A Time In Bombay’. The veteran director has also announced another production venture along with it, which will be directed by Sachu K Bhasy.
Shaji Kailas made the announcement on Monday, January 15, via his social media handle. He announced two production ventures.
Jagan Shaji Kailas’ film ‘Once Upon A Time In Bombay’ looks like a period crime drama set in Mumbai. The film will be releasing by the end of this year. The makers also confirmed that the film will be releasing in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Bengali, Hindi, Nepali, English, Chinese, Spanish, Frech, Russian, and Arabic.
The one helmed by Sachu K Bhasy is scripted by Adersh Nadarajan and Pranav Shivadas. The film will start rolling soon, and by the looks of the poster, the film seems to be set against the backdrop of a village.
On the other hand, Jagan Shaji Kailas’ debut directorial is currently under post-production. The film will feature Siju Wilson in the lead role. The yet-to-be-titled film is a crime investigative thriller scripted by S Sanjeev of ‘Nizhal’ fame.
On the other hand, Shaji Kailas’ next is ‘Hunt’. The upcoming film has Bhavana in the lead role, and is set against the backdrop of a medical college.
