Samantha made her debut as a lead actress with the 2010 Gautam Vasudev Menon’s directorial, ‘Ye Maaya Chesave’, and co-starred with Naga Chaitanya. “The older I get… the farther I go… I just feel deeply thankful for all the love and affection… and for each new day and all the good things it brings. So many things that used to affect me… don’t anymore. Just a wave of love and gratitude everyday. Thank you. (sic),” Samantha said in her social media post as she observed the milestone.

It’s a dreary day for Malayalam cinema, as the news of actor-comedian Kottayam Nazeer getting hospitalized came in. On Sunday, he was admitted to a hospital in Kottayam after suffering from chest pain and physical discomfort. He is currently in the ICU, but his condition is reportedly stable.

In Kollywood, the shoot of ‘Leo’ is progressing and director Mysskin has wrapped up his portions for the film. In a note shared on Twitter, he thanked Lokesh Kanagaraj and Vijay. Mysskin also divulged that he is returning to Chennai from Kashmir and added that he worked with a team of 500 members in extreme weather, as the temperature was as low as -12 degree celsius.

While flying across Sandalwood, your bee saw the third season of the Kannada Chalanachitra Cup (KCC), the celebrity cricket tournament coming to a spectacular end. The 2-day event wrapped up with team Ganga Warriors, led by Krishna, which also had Dhananjaya and cricketer Suresh Raina, winning the cup.
