Prabhas to play Bhairava in ‘Kalki 2898 AD
Prabhas’ much anticipated mythological sci-fi film ‘Kalki 2898 AD is gearing up for release. On the occasion of Maha Shivaratri, the makers have announced Prabhas’ character name. The stylish superstar will be essaying the role of Bhairava in the film. “From the future streets of Kasi, Introducing 'BHAIRAVA' from #Kalki2898AD. #Prabhas #Kalki2898ADonMay9” the makers said in a social media post.

Ajith Kumar returns home hospital after a medical procedure
Ajith Kumar has been released from the hospital following a medical procedure. The actor, who visited a Chennai hospital for a routine health check-up, was diagnosed with a swollen nerve. After undergoing the necessary medical procedure, he has now returned home. His manager has confirmed that the superstar has returned home, and that he is in good health.

Dhanush's film with Sekhar Kammula titled ‘Kubera’
Superstar Dhanush is teaming up with filmmaker Sekhar Kammula for an upcoming film. The film went on floors last year, and the shoot is happening briskly. The makers launched the first look poster on the occasion of Maha Shivaratri, and the film is title ‘Kubera’. A multi-lingual release, ‘Kubera’ also has actors Nagarjuna, Jim Sarbh, and Rashmika Mandanna in prominent roles.

Ravichandran to direct ‘Premaloka 2’
The second installment of ‘Premaloka’ will be helmed by Ravichandran. The film will go on floors on May 10. The sequel titled ‘Premaloka 2’ will also feature Ravichandran’s son Manoranjan in a pivotal role. “The film will see my two sons acting in it. Manoranjan will be the main protagonist and Vikram will be seen in a special cameo and I will be seen in a father's role. There will be as many as 25 songs in the film which is being made to ensure that it reaches people of all age groups,” the director told TOI.

Trailer of ‘Aadujeevitham’ is out!
The much-anticipated trailer of Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer ‘Aadujeevitham’ was launched on Saturday, March 9. The film is helmed by Blessy and is based on the eponymous novel by Benyamin. The trailer has confirmed that the audience could expect a universal story, which is nothing short of a masterpiece.\
