'Spa' box office collections day 8: Abrid Shine’s adult comedy holds steady; film collects Rs 38 lakhs

Abrid Shine’s latest Malayalam film 'Spa' continues to maintain steady collections at the box office. The film, which dives into what happens inside a spa through a humorous and lightly provocative lens has managed to hold its audience despite releasing as a niche adult comedy.

As per data from the Sacnilk website the film has collected Rs 38 lakhs worldwide in eight days. Its worldwide collections stands at Rs 38 lakhs with an India net of Rs 34 lakhs and an India gross of Rs 38 lakhs.

Day-wise performance shows sustained momentum

'Spa' opened with Rs 3 lakhs on day one and increased slightly to Rs 5 lakhs on day two. The following days remained stable with the film collecting Rs 6 lakhs each on days three, four and five. Collections eased to Rs 3 lakhs on the sixth and seventh days, and the movie earned Rs 2 lakhs on day eight.
