Tamannaah Bhatia’s never-ending affair with pearls

Whoever said, “Diamonds are a girl's best friend” might not have really given a thought about who her BFF would be! But, now we know - Pearls! Yes, that’s right. Pearls symbolize beauty, innocence, purity, and new beginnings, and we must say they are also the best weapon in every woman’s jewellery box, regardless of which era they are born in!

The Indian fashion scene is never complete with Tamannaah Bhatia’s name in it, and she has the utmost admiration for pearls. From red carpet to boardroom meetings, pearls go with her to every special occasion. Take a look.

Pantsuit and pearls

Ever considered wearing a statement pearl choker to the office? No, we aren’t talking about a dainty pearl necklace, but the one you could actually spot from a mile or two away! Tamannaah Bhatia recently wore a beige pantsuit to the launch of her latest show ‘Jee Karda’. The pantsuit was paired with a white shirt. Since the outfit is rather muted, she decided to go for some big bold accessories. She wore a pair of vintage pearl drop earrings, and a glace necklace and layered it with a statement pearl choker.

Perfect partner for choker

Pearls add elegance to your outfit, and needless to say that they could elevate your outfits, especially ethnic ones. Last year, when Tamannaah Bhatia chose to wear saree, she accessorised it with a choker and matching earrings. The tanzanite cocktail choker came with strings of pearls, in shades of white.

Bae to black

Pearls will go well with black outfits. When Tamannaah Bhatia opted for an all-black chic ensemble, she added pearls to elevate the shine. She wore a pair of pearl studs, with a gold monogram on it. The gold enhanced the lustrous look of the pearls, making it a perfect match. The statement earrings surely enhanced Tamannaah’s all-black outfit, without stealing its thunder.

Go big or go home

If you are a fashion enthusiast, you might have already come across images of celebrities sporting huge pearl earrings. Well, it's time to go big or go home. Tamannaah Bhatia wore these 25 mm summer pearl earrings along with her black velvet gown, and look at it! Can it get any better? The pearls surely grab eyeballs and are surely an investment piece, if you have plans on upgrading your jewellery box.
