Television anchor GS Pradeep turns director

Famous television anchor GS Pradeep is all set to wear the director's hat as his first movie's inauguration ceremony was held in Trivandrum. The flagging off ceremony of Pradeep's debut movie titled 'Swarna Malsyangal' was inaugurated by Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.

The shoot of the movie will start by November 1 in

Palakkad

. The movie will tell the tale of a group of school children and their friendship. Pradeep will introduce a group of newcomers as actors through his first movie. Bijibal will compose music for lyrics written by Murukan Kattakkada.
Director Ranjith, actor Sudheer Karamana attended the ceremony.
