Tovino Thomas and Darshana Rajendran in Vineeth Kumar’s mystery drama film

Actor-director Vineeth Kumar, who had debuted as a filmmaker with the Fahadh Faasil-starrer Ayaal Njanalla, has started shooting his next film. The movie went on floors on Monday in Bengaluru, with Tovino Thomas and Darshana Rajendran in the lead. It is scripted by Sharfu and Suhas, who had previously scripted Amal Neerad’s Fahadh Faasil-Aishwarya Lekshmi film Varathan.
A source close to the movie tells us, “The film is a mystery drama.Alongside Tovino and Darshana, the film also has Basil Joseph, Pune-based Malayali actor Arjun Radhakrishnan, Arjun Lal who had played Mohanlal’s character’s son in the hit 2005 film Thanmathra, Sarapatta Parambarai fame Sanchana Natarajan.” Arjun Lal, who had won a State Award through Thanmathra, has been away from the tinsel town for long, though he had starred in the 2014 film Asha Black. The film has a 45-day schedule in Benguluru, and another one in Mumbai.
