Mollywood actor Fahadh Faasil revealed the first look poster for Jude Anthany Joseph’s ‘2018’ and penned a note that read, “The story of the brave Keralites who fought together the flood that drenched the state in 2018. Unveiling the title of the movie. Revealing the story of the real heroes. EVERYONE IS A HERO.”

The director Jude Anthany Joseph, in his Instagram post, mentioned that the project ‘2018’ was almost getting shelved and due to the positive reception for his previous outing ‘Sara’s it gave him much confidence to launch the big-budget project.

Jude Anthany Joseph’s ‘2018’ is mounted on a huge budget and the film has a casting coup of sorts. ‘2018’ features a list of prominent actors in Mollywood in the lead such as Tovino Thomas, Kunchacko Boban, Asif Ali, Vineeth Sreenivasan, Aparna Balamurali, Kalaiyarasan, , Narein, Lal, Indrans, Aju Varghese, Thanvi Ram, Shivada, and Gauthami Nair.

‘2018’ comes with the tagline 'Everyone's a hero’ and the film is written and directed by Jude Anthany Joseph. On the technical front, Akhil George is roped in as the cinematographer, and the editing section is handled by Chaman Chacko. Nobin Paul will be composing the music for ‘2018’ and the sound design and mix by Vishnu Govind.
