During a press meet held in Kochi on Monday, ahead of the film's November 24 release, both Dr. Biju and Tovino Thomas addressed the prevalent issue of targeted attacks through film reviews. Tovino emphasized the importance of freedom of expression but cautioned against resorting to personal attacks against filmmakers or actors through reviews.
Highlighting the impact of such attacks, Tovino conveyed that he personally knew individuals in the industry who were deeply affected by these onslaughts in movie reviews. The actor stressed that while filmmaking is an artistic endeavor, there are more pressing societal issues that deserve attention than personal attacks on filmmakers.
